American Legion National Commander visits Nevada Veterans Home

National Commanders VisitOn Wednesday, March 26th, the Nevada State Veterans Home was honored to host a visit with the National and State Commanders of the American Legion, Marty Conatser and Dan Waters. Their group toured the Home, visited with residents, and met several team members.

Commander Conatser was impressed with what is currently Nevada's only State Veterans Home, indicating, "The staff is actively dedicated and passionate about their mission."

Commander Waters noted, "This is a very special place for our veterans in need of care. I hope our veterans who live up north will have a Home like this in the near future, too."
